Richard Forde, LPC

Mr. Forde specializes in working with adult couples and individuals who are dealing with Emotional, Relational and Spiritual issues. These “issues” may include: Depression, Anxiety, Codependency, Marriage, Pre-Marriage, Grief & Loss, Sexual Addiction and Challenging Life Transitions. Mr. Forde is certified to administer the Prepare Inventory for Pre-Marital Counseling. He also makes extensive use of the Taylor Johnson Temperament Analysis Test when working with couples.

Richard Forde grew up in South Africa. After completing a bachelor’s degree in psychology (1990), he went to Dallas Texas to attend Bible school at Christ for the Nations Institute. Mr. Forde graduated from Georgia State University with a Masters Degree in Counseling (1996). He also attended PSI (Psychological Studies Institute) and received a Diploma in Christian Counseling. After graduation, Mr. Forde worked as a counselor with Rapha for five years. During this time he was licensed as a Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia (1999). He has worked in private practice and church settings providing counseling services for over ten years. Richard and his wife reside near to Peachtree City, Georgia, and have two children.
