I am a licensed clinical psychologist and have been in the mental health field 20 years.
My counseling philosophy is that healing
involves all areas of the individual—psychological, spiritual, and
physical.
I believe that all of us encounter problems or challenges
in life, just because of our being human, and that we are all in need
of help and guidance to reach our highest potential. I hope to
inspire my clients as much as they have inspired me. I specialize in the treatment of
depression, anxiety, grief/loss, marital and couples issues, and
psychological issues associated with medical problems. I graduated with my master’s degree in counseling in 1989 from Georgia State University in Atlanta, and received my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University in 2000.
